Help Please! Create a process to update child record when the parent is updated

Can anybody help pleasde? I keep getting this error message:Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 

An update to an account record failed to update the mailing address fields of all child contact records. Make sure that the process is correct and that it is activated.

I have deleted Validation Rules from both the Accounts and Contacts Objects already. I set up a fresh Dev Org and passed the test using the same process so I'm very intrigued to see if it's possible to work out why my current Org won't let me pass.

Any ideas will be very gratefully received!

    I solved the problem by setting up another Dev Org and had no problems from there.

    Thank you very much for your kind offer. I thought I had to complete the Trailhead course on one Org however it seems the badges can be earned from any Org. Do you have any advice on how to prepare for the ADM 201 exam (without paying for tuition!)?
