Update Picklist2 in Object2 from Picklist1 from Object1

Hi Team,

I've two Objects Object1 & Object2

Each Object have one Picklist:

Object1>Picklist1

Object2>Picklist2

I want to display value selected in Picklist1 should automatically display in Picklist2.

Ofcourse we can try Flow, But

I want to achieve it by writing Formula under 

Setup>Object manager>Object2>Fields & Relationships> Picklist2> Gebneral Options> Default Value > Formula Editor.

any one have any idea on how to write formula for it?

    Hello,

    see below 

    I have 2 objects: Object A and District_Stats__c. There are 4 useful fields in District_Stats__c: District_Num__c, Month__c, Year__c, District_Rev__c.

    In Object A, I have District_Num__c, Month__c and Year__c along with other fields.

    Is there a way to create a formula or a lookup field which would map the District_Rev__c from District table to Object A?
