How to identify duplicates via Flow?

Hi guys,

I am just new to the flow and I am learning from the Salesforce documentation and trailhead. I am currently having an issue on how to identify duplicates via flow.

I have an email to lead flow that work fine but I would like duplicate leads to be identified via flow. I know this is possible via duplicate management and an error flow will be sent via email but I want to know if this is possible via flow without any apex codes invloved.
