App Exchange App - PMT - Salesforce Labs - Support?

Hello all,

 I am using the PMT App from AppExchange for a customer of mine. We have a few issues with the tool and I wanted to know where I can get support?

 We have the following issues)

 1.) Sortorder of PMT phase and PMT task. We use templates and in those templates, we created phases and tasks. We named them like this "A. phase XY" / "B. phase XX" and so on. In the template and once the PMT project is created the sort order is correct.

 However, if you click the "Use this template" button the order of the phases and tasks is mixed up. Is there a way to influence this?

 2.) When we click the "Use this template" button, the screen with "name" and "start date" shows up. Start date is a mandatory field. If the project is created the start date does not reflect in the newly created project. Does anyone has an idea why this is happening?

 3.) We want the "My PMT" Homepage to contain different data and get them translated into German. I am able to edit the page and adjust it. As soon as I click save the "My PMT" Homepage is back to default.

 I investigated a little and saw that only a clone of the lightning page is created. I did not find a way to assign the new page to the existing "My PMT" page.

 Any hints on that?
