We have just started to use Sales Engagement and are using a sales cadence. We want to be able to jump to a specific step in the cadence if the email bounces rather than just exiting the cadence. I can't find a way to do this, it looks like the only option is to exit the cadence. Is this possible?

A lot of the documentation I am finding on cadences seems to be outdated.

Hi Elizabeth not sure if you’ve come to a resolution on this. Main advice is to split your cadences up so yeah step is a cadence, and have them daisy chained together. That way you can add targets in at specific steps if necessary.

The adding to a new cadence is tricky, record triggered flows don’t work with cadences. My recommendation is to build a scheduled flow that runs daily. That gets all cadence trackers that have exited that day where Disposition = Automatically Exited and reason = Bad Data.

Then have an action to add targets to new cadences. Hope that helps
