Are there tools available to help create a data dictionary from CRM Analytics. I am able to find plenty of resources on data dictionary tools for Salesforce proper objects, but nothing for CRM Analytics specifically. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't hear about a dictionary.
I did do a project where we used the Mohans Plugin to extract a lot data from the CRMA solution.
It does require some installing etc. and then pulling out CRMA data.
I cannot recall if it can be automated to have a representative up2date dictionary.
Nonetheless, it could get you a long way.
