Hello, I'm trying to make entering leads in NPSP more user friendly. I would prefer to not need to enter "individual" under company, as we primarily convert leads to contacts with household accounts. Is there a way to auto populate this field, or is there some other workaround I should be aware of? Thank you
@Joshua Chuba Ah, okay I see what you mean now. You can ignore my first suggestion.
The best and simplest way that I can think of accomplishing this is by using a Screen Flow and overriding the "New" Lead action. However, this may not be straight forward if there are multiple ways that Leads get created in your org. For example, if you have staff members that create Leads using the Salesforce for GMail extension or if they use they create Leads from the Global New Lead Action. How do users create leads in your org?
