I Am not able to find the "Einstein Conversation Insights" in Quick find salesforce .How can i enable this as per current winter 24 release update ?

You can create a demo org using the following URL. 

First, log in to your Partner Community account. 

Then, click on the link. On the page that opens, ensure you select the Demo Type JP-SDO-Sales-UE and fill in the other required details to create the org. Once your org is set up, you will find "Einstein Conversation Insights" inside it.
