Be aware: Phishing email attempts from the domain “Salesfoucce”
A small number of Salesforce customers have recently received fraudulent emails from a malicious sender posing as Salesforce. These emails appear to be from Salesforce and include an attachment to a fake invoice for which the sender is requesting payment.
The email domain used by the malicious sender is “Salesfoucce” -- please do not open this email or click on the attachment, this is a known phishing attempt.
Phishing is a type of social engineering and cybersecurity attack where the attacker impersonates someone else via email or other electronic communication methods, including social networks and text messages, to reveal sensitive information or gain financial reward. Attackers typically attempt to gain login credentials, financial information, and other personal information from victims.
