We are trying to test out auto-provisioning with Azure. We got it working but it created a bunch of users without adding the .sandboxname added. It created 500 users underneath their prod usernames as well but had a different license types. Any insights from this group on the issue possibility and how to address? I am assuming that if we did in prod, it would be a duplicate and not error but not going to roll the dice until I can figure out the sandbox issue. Also can you map managed packages and PSGs, I am not seeing where PSGs are available but wanted to check.
@Kristi Maness Interesting. can you try to do a mass update on username to append sandbox name and check if username can be updated.
you will not hit a duplicate username issue in production though as the pod for sandbox and production are different.
also.. can you help verify your code again to check if there is logic to append the sandbox name?
