Hi Everyone!

I hope this message finds you well. Today, I am posting with a heart full of mixed emotions. After careful thought and deliberation, I have decided to step down from my position as the co-leader of  @WIT Group, Akron, US group. This decision is far from easy and comes after seven years of collaboration, innovation, shared experiences and friendships that I will forever hold dear.

When I began  @WIT Group, Cleveland, US years ago, I couldn't have imagined the magnitude of the journey I was embarking upon. We had big ideas and an even bigger commitment to the Salesforce community. Fast forward to today, and after having started the Cle NP user group, and now the Akron group, I'm thankful for the diverse and passionate group of women I have met over the last 7 years!

As I prepare to step down, I want you all to know that this decision is not an end, but rather a new beginning. Both for me and for this group as @Tanya Pollard continues on her leadership path. You are in fantastic hands!

Each one of us carries the power to lead, to inspire, and to create positive change. I am confident that Tanya will continue to guide our community with the dedication and passion!

Please know that while I may no longer be the group co-leader, I remain a dedicated member of this community. I will continue to champion our cause, support our initiatives, and cheer for our success from the sidelines. I believe wholeheartedly in the potential of this group and each individual within it.

As I close this chapter, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each member locally and around the globe! Thank you for your support, for your unwavering belief in WIT, and for making this journey as fulfilling and impactful as it has been. This community is a testament to the fact that when we come together, there is no limit to what we can achieve.

This transition marks a new phase of growth for all of us. I am excited to see where the journey takes us next and how our collective efforts continue to shape the Salesforce #WIT landscape.

Remember, our success is a shared success, and I am certain that the best is yet to come. Here's to new beginnings and the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
