A tiny annoyance: Upon logging into SF, my focus is directed to a tab that I don't want included in my default visible tabs on my default app. The tab is not listed in App Builder for that App. It's got the asterisk next to it. It is not listed in my custom navigation items I see when I click the pencil to the right of the tabs. I can close it but it comes back the next time I logout/login.
It's a third party tab - not native SF.
The tab seems "stuck". Any ideas on how to make it "unstuck"?

I am a sysadmin, and other users do not see the stuck tab. One of those SF mysteries...
