Situation:
When a CERTAIN Profile User (Profile Name = EU) is the Owner of the Contact record, I want a picklist field to be populated with the value of "EU" (Field Name = Region Owned By).
If the Profile User who Owns the record is NOT (Profile Name = EU), mark the picklist field as "NA"
Is this possible with a Formula field?

It update it based on the Owner Profile, you'd need a Flow, or something like that
