Hi,
We have already 60k+ Person Account in our Org.
I set up some duplicate rules to be able report on the duplicates in order to merge them.
When I open records separately from the UI, the records are flagged as duplicates.
BUT I discvoered that Duplicate Record Sets are empty. No record has been created for the Duplicate Person Accounts.
Any exaplanation ?
