Hope this helps! :) I have spotted a few e-signatures that integrate well with Salesforce or rather Salesforce-friendly:

The best option by far is (1) DocuSign, you may easily find the extension on AppExchange. Hence it comes with a trial for 30 days.

(2) AdobeSign is supported by Salesforce, it comes with a trial for 30 days.

I wouldn't recommend (3) Conga as it has no free trial but it provides an intuitive experience even on mobile and also works well with Salesforce.
