"Visualize Your Data with Dashboards and Charts" unable to save except "My Personal Dashboards"

I can save the report "Cases by Status" to Unfiled but the Dashboard SAVE won't allow me to save except in "My Personal Dashboards" so I cannot complete the challenge.
