@Ale Rios, @Pip Morphet, @Vanessa Ng Did the recent layoffs at Salesforce affect who is managing Trailhead quests?
None of the rewards from January's quests were given. No community badges, no quest prizes... nothing. Multiple people have submitted cases and we are getting the run around from support.
February is now over and rewards have not been given yet, and new Quests for March have not been published.

@Ale Rios I do not see that Community Badge in my Trailblazer Profile? It doesn't seem like it has been awarded.
Am I missing it somewhere?
When I search Trailhead for "Deliver Success Now With Customer 360" it appears as a Trailmix which I completed 2/28/2023.
However, I do not have that Community Badge. Please advise. Thanks!
