I'm at the point in Automate Your Business Process where your are to add "Billing" by clicking on the "look up icon" next to the value text entry box when you are editing the rules. When I click the "look up icon" no "Billing" is available to select. I typed "Billing" in instead, but then "Billing" wasn't available to create a new billing support case to test the assignment rule. Am I connecting two unrelated issues or did I miss something else along the way that I can go back and resolve?
