When I am creating unmanaged package along time-based workflow rules getting error as I mention in attachment and also I am trying to add Queues, Groups and ApprovalProcess but I am not able to see. Can anybody please give me suggestions. Thank you in advance.

@Vinay Velliboina Vinay, there are some limitations with workflow rules with packages.
