Hello! I keep getting this error. Any ideas why?

first is that I put "CFO" in Title field and not Occupation field.
Second is that I was working in the Financial dev org, but because I had opened it through my email upon verifying it was set up, I hadn't linked it to my Trailblazer account.

My FSC org was not linked to my trailhead account and it would not link, no matter what I tried. (New browser, incognito mode, new trailhead, etc.)
The only work around was signing up for a new FSC trial org and using 'India' as the country. '00000' for postal code.
I was then able to easily link that org to my trailhead account.
