Hello! I am working on a hands-on challenge for a module on installing AppExchange apps. I know my username and my password [I have changed it 3 times in trying to get it to work]. My issue: my credentials do not work once I try to log in after selecting "GET IT NOW" in AppExchange. There is no admin to contact and changing my password did not work. I have logged in and out of my trailhead account and it still will not let me complete the challenge. Can anyone help?
You'll have to connect the org to your salesforce settings page.
Log into your trailhead account
Click on your avatar at the top right corner and select Setting
In the connected accounts section click on "connect" button under salesforce accounts section
Enter the credentials of the org to connect and then try to install the package.
(Make sure its either a playground or a developer edition org)
