We have been trying to find a solution to sync our mailchimp with our salesforce org. We started off with the standard app from the app exchange and ran into several issues. We are now looking at ChimpConnect and ChimpSync from the app exchange. Does anyone have experience with either of these and do you have a recommendation for which would be better?
We need to be able to segment in Salesforce and have it sync to mailchimp and visa versa.
I've also found the free app to be mediocre, not syncing everyone (especially when you have thousands of emails/people), or not continuing to sync them after the initial sync. And I agree with @TJ Warfield and others that Cazoomi has been a great solution for this. Last time I looked at Cazoomi's pricing, it was somewhere between $30-$50 per month, don't forget to ask for the nonprofit discount :)
