Hi, I'm very new to Summit Events App, so this might be a dumb question.

Is it possible to send a URL or place a QR code in an Email to a whole bunch of people who might be interested in an Event (e.g. alumni or previous event attendees), but who do not have access to the Salesforce instance, so they can register using Summit Event?

We are using EDA but don't have Communities configured in this Ed institution in Ireland yet.

Thanks, Luison

Great questions @Luison Lassala! This is exactly what the instance will do (image below).  After you create the Event Record, you have to create an instance which captures the date and time for event (amongst other things like capacity).  When that instance record is created, a QR code gets generated on the record as well as a hyperlink that says "Register".  Those are shareable to allow for anyone to complete the form.  Summit Events doesn't use Communities, but leverages Sites, so as long as that's configured, you can accept registrations non-community users.    Great questions ! This is exactly what the instance will do (image below).
