If a customer is from Belgium, his ideal time is approximately 8am from STO analysis. Will the email go out at 8am in Belgium? Will the journey builder time zone be taken into consideration? as STO doesn't take the value of the country in the data extension. If, for instance, a customer is from Australia but the time zone for the journey builder is Belgium, will this individual receive emails based on Belgium time zone?
How does STO take the time zone?

Thanks. That we can use to assign the time zone. But I want to know, what time zone will be taken into the consideration when using Einstein STO.
