Convert Collection variables to a picklist values.

I have a flow collection of variables storing values from JSON responses in a comma-separated values eg(NI, NO, DO NOT CALL, NOT ANSWER, etc,) and I want to convert these values into a picklist so that I will be using these values in a screen component.

Note that these collection variables are not record collection variables.
