Einstein Next Best Action to display Message Only

Hi, 

For one of my client, on its Salesforce Service Cloud org,

I would like to display messages depending of field (text & lookup) values combination on a custom object lightning page layout. 

Can I use Einstein Next Best Action for this use case ? Only to display messages, not to trigger flows.

(My client has Einstein for service licenses)
