Update Date Field when Checkbox is changed to TRUE (Reflect the Date the Box is checked)

Condition: When a checkbox is changed to TRUE then update Field Date to the Date it was checked. I made one thru Process Builder. While the date is updating to TODAY() whenever the condition is met, the problem is everyday I refresh the report, it always shows TODAY's date and not the date the checkbox is changed to TRUE.
