I have two custom objects. Property and Property Role. I have an action button (create a record) on the Property Object where users can create Property Role records. The button screen has an account lookup field which allows users to "Create New Account" at the bottom of the lookup field if the account they want doesn't display. When the users choose that option it gives them the option of two records types (Member and Property Contact) but I don't want them to be able to choose the Member Record Type. The user profile still needs access to view/edit/create records under the Member record type but just not for this specific button. How can I do that? Any help is appreciated.

that is not possible to limit it there. You could use a flow to only give the certain option based on when that flow is launched but in that area there really isn't an option to limit the record type.
