We have a site setup for the user where we are sharing the salesforce standard and custom objects. Whenever we upload a file in the case (Lightning experience) we cannot see it in the site. Even the owner for the case cannot see the file attached.
Can anybody suggest which setting needs to be set so that the user views# the document.

Write the trigger on content document object and add share with site user and it should work.
