Hi, we're trying to do a Log a Call for multiple locations but when we hit save, we get the Salesforce red box error with no error message. Has anyone had this happen? If so, what was the resolution?

Hi Dhanashri, I tried this and I'm still getting the error. I have 1 user that can log a call from multiple locations while everyone else cannot. The users are in different profiles so I put the user that cannot log a call into the profile of the person that could log a call and they still can't log a call. Could it be a permissions error?
