We've switched on SSO MFA via Okta. One of our users is having issues clicking SF links from emails and we can't seem to resolve it. When the link is clicked, they get the log in page but when they click to login, they just get back to the same page.
Salesforce login history says ‘The Single Sign-On Gateway Url is invalid’
Does anyone have any ideas ?

Just to update in case anyone else comes across this problem. The user was trying to click the link without being logged into SF first; when they were logged into SF first the link worked fine. So it was a simple issue once the case insensitive box had been ticked.
