We have a custom report type and put it in a folder visible to the Community User. the Community user can view both objects (contacts and orders). However if they open the report it says they have "You don’t have sufficient privileges to perform this operation.". Where do we grant the access to Community User for the custom report? Thanks;

under set up || sharing settings || In the sharing setting page help check the OWD for Contacts and Order Object. There will be a column on right side referring to External access. what value you see there?
