Hello, I am creating a workflow to calculate the number of days a lead has stayed in the Lead Status "Recycle".
I have a Recycle Date (time/date) field and a Recycle Days (number) field. The workflow I created is as follow:
Rule Criteria | ISCHANGED( Status ) && PRIORVALUE(Status) = "Recycle" Evaluation Criteria | Evaluate the rule when a record is created, and every time it's edited
Workflow Action:
Field Update: Formula Value: TODAY() -DATEVALUE(Recycle_Date__c)
The Recycle Days field is still not showing any data when I test it out.
Any ideas? #Reports & Dashboards

Hi,
Can you use the following evaluation criteria -
ISPICKVAL(PRIORVALUE(Status), 'Recycle')
as Status is a picklist value.
I hope this will solve your concern.
