I'm cleaning up addresses based on a recent NCOA update, and in the past I've been able to add a new address (set as default), and then set the Latest Start Date as a date in the past...I usually relate this date to the NCOA change of address date.
(Clarification -- When I add the new address and select "Default", it automatically defaults the Latest Start Date to today. But I've been able to then Edit the record and change the date. Just involved an extra step)
As of today, whenever I go to change the Latest Start Date of the default address, the date automatically sets it as today. Does anyone else experience this?
Yesterday I made a change in Setup re. the Address fields in the Account and Contact objects in order to address a recent bug that was causing a continual refresh of the page when I went to "Manage Household". I'm wondering if there's some correlation. (see https://github.com/SalesforceFoundation/NPSP/issues/6733)
@Judi Sohn Thanks for your comment. In the Known Issue logged it is mentioned related to start date, but related to end date it is nowhere mentioned. Could you please address on 'End date' Issue how it is to be tracked? #Nonprofit #Nonprofit Success Pack #NonprofitHelp
