Hi, I search for help to set Shinje Tashi user and I found that have to set as CEO and create a new permission Billing pilot. However I still have mistakes, so how can you solve this problem.

How you set this user profile and give the correct permissions or assigned to Shinje

As you see the error its says :
The solution for extending access is not assigned to the right user
Here SF is checking what solution you have used for extending the access to the records .
We can use manual sharing , sharing rules , roles ( vertical access ) , etc .
If roles based hierarchy is available then assign Shinje the role at which he can see all the records .
