Hi Trailblazers, I have added the user to public group. and the user's profile access is CRE. Sharing setting is created upon criteria based : record type = name The user's Profile is having access to that record type too. Thank you ! #Sharing Settings

Hi Manasa,
From your record details page try to enable the Share button from your page layout and validate/identify who all are receive the access, so this is the one of the way to debug your sharing access for the record, then based on that try to adjust with your sharing rule
