Hi Guys,
We have a requirement, where we need to upgrade the legacy API Version 20.0 or prior. We are trying to find the related events, process, operations where we are using concerned API Versions. While doing this I am able to retrieve 'Salesforce Event log File Browser'. which provides the 'request API' but I am not able to find the root operation/platform event/ operations. so that i could upgrade it.
Could you please direct us? how can we perform this operation? Salesforce provides external provider options. We don't want to use external providers as directed by Salesforce.
Any assitance would be helpful. It is about the Salesforce release.
Thanks and regards

I have done this and they were not very helpful at all. How can we find everything that uses API version 20 and earlier? SalesForce support only told me how to find the current API version for my org which is NOT what I need. I just need to find everything that uses API version 20 and earlier so I can update it. Is there no easy way to do that? Even if I had to go through everything manually, I'm not sure what manual places I'd need to check! SalesForce optimizer does show you some things and their API versions, but it doesn't include installed packages.
