According to the release notes having 'Create and Customize List Views' Permission enabled should make the 'Sharing Settings' available to my user. I've done this, but Sharing Settings is still grayed out. Anything else I need to check?

The release notes implied that we didn’t need ‘Manage Public List Views’ but I can certainly try that!
