I'm getting a error when I merge contacts that says: Error? Use one of these records?
It's not giving me any more details on what I've done wrong. It appears as if all the radio buttons are selected correctly. I was able to merge in my sandbox. Any more clues as to what this error means? I'm hoping it's just something simple I've overlooked...our org is only a couple months old...

@Iswari Iswari Brockschmidt take a look at how you've setup the Duplicate Management settings. Do you use any third party duplicate checker/blocker?
In the meantime, try this:
In NPSP Settings > System Tools > Error Notifications edit and check the 'Respect Duplicate Rule Settings' box which should Allow your Lead to be created as long as you have it set to Allow.
