Grant Opportunity Stages & Common Fields

@Nonprofit Success Pack @Fundraising - I'm wondering since the NPSP doesn't ship with much of anything for Grant tracking other than the Record Type, what do folks commonly use for Opp Stages and Custom Fields? I feel like I re-invent the wheel each time and would like to learn what others are doing. Post a screen shot of your page layout if you can!

    I'd like to have a grant stage that is something like "Active," where the grant has been awarded, and a payment has been received, but the grant is not "Completed" yet, because we are still in the grant period, and/or another payment is expected in the future.

    The business process, then, would be something like this:

    Prospecting

    LOI Submitted

    Proposal Submitted

    Pledged

    "Active"

    Completed

    Withdrawn

    Does anyone have a stage like this?
