Hi, I'm planning my Lightning roll out and going over as many videos and webinars as I can. I just reviewed, Lightning Stuck-Now What? and it has lots of great information. However, I'm a little confused about editing Page Layouts. In Classic, for example, I have three or four page layouts depending on record type Will I have to recreate these in Lighting?

Page layouts work and effect both classic and lightning. The Lightning Record Pages only effect the lightning component parts.
So you will still decided what fields are shown in page layouts. However what part of the screen they are shown in is controllable in Lightning Record Pages.
