We are exploring options for marketing/outreach emails, and specifically automating these emails based on events in Salesforce. We know we can send emails from process/builder flow, but these are fairly primitive as far as design is concerned. We currently use Mailchimp and the Mailchimp <> Salesforce Connector app but that only has basic functionality and doesn't allow us to automate sending Mailchimp emails based on Salesforce events.
We are exploring the possibility of adopting Pardot, but I wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas about 3rd party apps that we could trigger with Salesforce automations.
