Mindshare Meetup on Gender Equality was small but mighty discussion. We're practical people looking for practical solutions. Started early speaking about gender equality, where I'm not sure we loved anything we came up with. But we moved further towards talking about gender and how to reduce tension over pronouns. Our suggestions are to Ask, do not Assume. And be willing to have the conversation. Support others in having a conversation, too. That can reduce the anxiety for everyone.
