There are certain Contacts that are being repeatedly removed from all the record type GW Auction campaigns that they are a member of. They aren't being removed from all of their campaigns and not all contacts are being removed.
Fortunately, we have SyncApps set up so the campaign_member_history__c object is recording a time stamp of when campaign members are removed. The really odd part is that the audit trail shows that the campaign members are being removed when NPSP bulk processes run. Campaign members are also being removed when we add a new gift - which triggers the NPSP processes.
This has apparently been going on since around December of 2017.
Has anyone experienced and solved this, or have ideas where to look? There's noting in process builder, workflow, or flows that deletes campaign members.
@Nonprofit Success Pack@Sally Levine I've taken a look at the case and can see that the Salesforce.com team (as opposed to .org have been in communication with you today regarding testing different record types to try and reproduce the issue. It appears to be core Salesforce related rather than something within NPSP.
I'm sure they'll get to the bottom of it, but let me know if you have any further trouble 🙂
