When I converted a field from rich text to plain text, it removed most of the information, even though there are plenty of characters left in the field. Is the data lost? Does anyone know how to fix this? I converted it back to rich text, but the data did not reappear.

Yeah, I did the same thing and it kept the full text. I am not sure what went wrong here. I'm going to have to engage my support partner. Thanks for your help!
