Change side panel layout in Gmail to SF integration

Is there a way to change the layout of the side panel? It is currently set to allow input for "Primary Affiliation" when "Add to Salesforce" button is clicked for a new contact. I would like to utilize the Organization field rather than Affiliation.

    @David Okner​ yes, I agree with that. However that wasn't my point in this post. My point was that is is possible @Andy Jones​'s org does not have Householding enabled and that might have an impact on how he should proceed with fixing the Gmail side panel layout issue he raised.
