We are rebuilding landing pages from Hubspot and most have a banner image at the top with title and text over it (all responsive, of course). Can I do that in drag/drop? I also need blocks of text to be on gray backgrounds to replicate our Hubspot landing pages...any thoughts? Thanks!

Its not possible to do it through Drag/Drop in Pardot.
You can either use the same Html blocks created in Hubspot in our Landing Pages/Templates or you might need to write a small HTML code to replicate the same in Pardot.
