I've downloaded the Einstein Bots Metrics package, but we want more detail on data within a conversation. Is their anyway to get this? When I try to do a custom report with Conversation Entries or Conversation Definition Sessions, I get no data. The daily and hourly metrics are available, but we want a deeper dive. #Einstein Bot #Einstein Bots Reporting

thank you @Mayukh Bhaowal it is not posible to finde the data of "Input Message " from the website user / Whats App user when using the new Enhanced einstein in messaging bot in report (only in the Performance Tab )
