I'm studying for pardot specialist. I have a doubt regarding completion action.

I would like to know if a visitor fills out a form with his email (so he converts to a prospect) and there is a completion action to add a prospect to a list, Will the new prospect be added to the list?

I know that the actions trigger only for prospects in the database. I am a bit confused because I found different answers on the web.

In addition, if you have some advices for the specialist exam, let me know!
