They both have steps early on where they say "Enter Communities in Quick Find, then select Communities Settings."
And also banners at the tops saying "Community Cloud is stepping aside"
I have not been able to enable communities in any playground. I tried creating several new ones, but all with the same result. When I type "communities" or "community" in the quick find box of Service Setup, I receive 0 results.
I've also seen this issue, but it was not helpful.

So are communities no longer a part of current versions and these modules are out of date, or is something else broken?
